Name, email address, phone number, company details and the content of messages you send us through our contact form or by email. Our hosting provider may also process basic technical data (such as IP address and browser type) to run and secure the website.

3. Why we use it

To answer your enquiries, provide our advisory services, meet legal and accounting obligations, and keep our website secure. Legal bases: your consent, performance of a contract, legal obligation and our legitimate interests (Article 6 GDPR).

4. Contact form

Messages sent through our contact forms are processed by our form provider, Formspree, and delivered to our email inbox. They are used only to respond to you.

5. Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers (hosting, email, accounting) bound by confidentiality, or with authorities where required by law.

If data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, we use appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

Enquiries are kept for up to 2 years. Client and accounting records are kept as required by Estonian law (generally 7 years).
